Martin Greenlees
Martin has over 32 years of experience building and running technology based businesses. These businesses have been in very large scale enterprise management systems, digital media, data management and analytics, digital engagement, tablet and mobile based applications for the consumer and SME markets, and learning games.
Martin has been involved in or led the management teams of businesses ranging in size from 1,200 to 30 staff with revenues of $5 million to $140 million. This has included businesses located predominantly in Australian as well as those with offices, staff and clients overseas including UK, Europe, Asia, USA, and Canada. He has extensive experience in creating teams, dealing with complex staffing situations, international management, mentoring managers and creating functional processes and structures.
He also has deep expertise in creating & leading innovation processes, guiding design processes for technology and services that bring those innovations to life, and building technology, business processes, teams and product marketing to win market share in local and international markets. He has led and guided the creation and successful launch of over 30 new products into a wide range of industries and markets, successfully achieving sustained competitive advantage, market acquisition and financial performance.
He has held a variety of roles including, CEO, COO, CTO, General Manager, VP of product development and director of client services. He has also served twice as an executive director on boards.
He has run design workshops, IT strategy sessions and facilitated digital planning for organisations such as Westpac, McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson, St George, IAG, Allianz, Department of Health, QBE, ANZ, Cerebal Palsy Alliance, Department of Planning, Chartered Accountants, and Autism Spectrum Australia.
